This document represents the MyPopchecker Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy"). This Policy defines the
terms and conditions all users of MyPopchecker agree to when using this site and its services.

When using this service, you agree to and are bound by this Policy. Failure to abide by these regulations, or violations of these policies, may result in written notification of abuse, termination of account, or legal action. E-Mail and Account Usage Usage of MyPopchecker is for your personal use for checking your personal e-mail accounts. You may not use this service for any of the following: - Sending SPAM (unsolicited e-mail) - Forging or otherwise obfuscating e-mail to hide the origination. - Sending e-mail that is unlawful in any way, and/or contains messages that may be construed as illegal, harassment, pornographic, or other unethical or abusive content. - Attempts to hack or obtain information on any other user of this system. In addition to the above, the following guidelines are part of this Policy: 1. Any activity that overloads this server with excessive CPU utilization or excessive system resources is prohibited. 2. MyPopchecker may delete your account, without notice, at any time. This service is offered "as-is" and there is no guarantee or warranty, express or implied, with using this service. 3. MyPopchecker will not be held liable, in any way, for failure or malfunction of this service. You agree to use this service at your own risk, and will not hold MyPopchecker liable for any reason, financial or otherwise. You also agree to indemnify MyPopchecker from any and all liability. 4. While no e-mail is ever stored on our servers, MyPopchecker will not be held liable for the security of communications over the internet. Due to the public nature of the internet, all communications should generally be considered public. 5. MyPopchecker is not liable for the content of its users and the communications generated while using this service.
